“…The project included a new full length dormer to the rear clad with clay tiles, a total re tile, again of clay, 4 velux over a gallery landing plus the finish of two small decorative dormers at the front clad in lead. The roof and project was large and complex with great attention paid to recreating the original roof details during the renovation. As clients we were very particular and focused on the detail. Simon and his team at M&S have competed a beautiful roof which has exceeded our expectations and helped to restore a very tired property sensitively. We recommend M&S and plan to use them again during our next phase of the project.”
